Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
Master Suite: king bed with a private ensuite bath

A dedicated laundry room is also upstairs for stays of any length.

Outside, the private fenced yard has a gas grill, full outdoor dining setup, lounge seating, and ambient lighting — ideal for post-game evenings. There’s even a small herb and vegetable garden guests are welcome to use.
