About this property

View of the Wurmtal - Large apartment on the top flooeur 1 - Apartment in a nature reserve with a view

Please note!
There is currently a construction site directly across the street. As a result, you may occasionally hear construction noise on weekdays. However, it’s quiet in the evenings and on weekends.

The apartment features a large open-concept living room, a spacious bathroom with a shower, an equally spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms.
There’s no garden—but why would there be? The entrance to the “Wurmtal” nature reserve is just under 200 metres away. It’s the perfect place for relaxation and exercise.

Hier steht, welche Sicherung was schaltet... auf polnisch.

Spacious apartment and friendly / very responsive property manager.

We stayed in the apartment for about a week to visit our family in the area. The apartment was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The property manager Anna was very friendly and responsive to all questions we had. The only downside is the limited parking space, although we always found a curbside parking space near the house.
