Welcome to this renovated home. This duplex rents as 1 home in the summer. The upstairs 3-bedroom, 2 bath upper unit of a duplex with fantastic deck space just steps from the beach access. The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen includes a French press, a drip and pod coffee maker. The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with streaming options and comfortable furniture. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The lower unit is nearly identical with the same amenities, kitchen, dining, and living room spaces. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, king bed and ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both units include a washer/dryer combo. There are 2 outdoor showers to make cleaning off the sand and salt a breeze.
