It was a great place to stay. Clean and well supplied with everything you need. Walking distance to Lincoln City and the beach. The bathrooms were very nice.

A very nice property that was easy enough to get to. We only stayed a night but it was much better than having to deal with the rigamarole of hotel check ins. This would be a great spot if you’re traveling with kids, they’d love the basement with toys and a bedroom with bunk beds. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay and really enjoyed the beautiful views! The property had plenty of parking, was pet-friendly, and was reasonably priced, which made it a great value.A few things that could make the stay even better would be adding kitchen towels, providing a hairdryer, and considering a mattress topper for the master bedroom, as the bed was extremely firm.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a comfortable, pet-friendly place to enjoy the area. Thank you for hosting us!

We visit Lincoln City several times a year. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in so far. The location was great, right in the middle of town and close to everything. The house looked very recently renovated and actually had AC, which is rare for the oregon coast.

The house is lovely. Very clean and great aesthetic. We had 5 adults so a couple had to use the bunk room. A little tight for the tall fellas. Very nice view of the ocean and a 10 min walk across 101 to get to the beach access. Communication was timely and Chad was always responsive.

A very new house with five off the street parking spots. Very comfortable about 3 blocks from the ocean. centrally located in Lincoln city. The host has excellent communication response times would definitely recommend this house if you’re in the Lincoln city area.

I ended up paying 200 more than the initial listing price which I will say was my fault. I booked with the wrong card, reached out, then we agreed I’ll cancel and rebook. What I didn’t know is there’s a 24 hour waiting period before I can rebook, host was very nice to put it on hold for me so I don’t lose the dates. What happened after is the price went up 200 and between VRBO and the host, neither would issue the difference in refund which sucks. Upon check-in, the cleaner mentioned she had a flat tire so she arrived late and was finishing up. Though she was there for longer than she said she was. I reached out to the host and ask if there’s a partial refund because we had been there for an hour already and couldn’t go downstairs. Also she double parked in our spots, so we had to park in the High Tide’s spot temporarily and looked like jerks because we told them the cleaner says she is leaving soon, so it’s temporary. Cleaner was still parked there until 5:45.Cleaner left a bottle of carpet cleaner on the upstairs carpet with a soaked rag over the carpet stain. There were no paper towels, pans and plates were still dirty. There was a cob web in a corner and the chair had staples coming out of it which isn’t ideal around a children’s play area. Propane ran out early first night so we had to call it a night. They refilled it around 12 the next day. My biggest gripe was with their cleaner. I took pics of said issues but it doesn’t highlight good things for the host.
