Welcome to Haus Killian in Bischofsmais! This bright and spacious holiday home, complete with a garden and porch, is located right next to the forest. Hiking trails run right behind the house, so you can start your hike right from your doorstep. We’re pet-friendly! You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friends along. There is a charge of 25 EUR for pets for the entire stay. The house is divided into three floors. On the lower level, there is a wellness room with a sauna and loungers. The sauna is billed at 0.90 cents per kWh. Here, you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. The ground floor and the upper floor each consist of two self-contained holiday apartments. This means the holiday home is also perfect for two families who are friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find the veranda with seating, a living room with satellite TV, a reading nook, and a sofa suite. Adjacent to the living room is a large dining table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, silverware, and many other kitchen utensils). The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a cot; the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. There is also a washing machine in the house. Please note that there is a granny flat in the basement. The owner reserves the right to use this for private purposes. We look forward to welcoming you! A prepayment of 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. A security deposit of 300 EUR is due upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Key pickup will be arranged by mutual agreement. Pets are allowed for a fee (a maximum of 3 pets will be charged at 25 EUR per pet for the duration of the stay). A tourist tax of up to 1.30 euros will be charged separately on site. Other applicable fees include a charge for sauna use based on electricity consumption (0.45 EUR/kWh). Towels are not provided. However, you can rent towels for a small additional fee.
