Inside, guests find a comfortable mix of sleeping options including a king bed, queen bed, two sets of bunk beds, two sofa beds, and a child pack n’ play- perfect for families. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. This tranquil retreat invites guests to relax and unwind in a fabulous setting. A short 7 minute drive south of Nephi - located less than one minute away from the breathtaking views of Levan Canyon, where you can take a drive or an ATV ride! With Nephi close by, it’s easy to enjoy a baseball tournament, the Canyon Hills Golf Course, an event at the local Hive recreation center, or a drive/hike around Nebo Loop. Make the quick 18 mile jaunt south & indulge in the sandy beaches of Yuba State Park. Comfortably sleeps 4-6 adults and 4-6 kids with a maximum of 10 guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays.

I stayed here with my family for my son’s wedding in Nephi. It was a quiet, clean and well stocked home for what I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if your in the area.

I have nothing but positive reviews of this home! The home was very clean and inviting! Kambree was the host and she was always very quick to respond and was kind to let us have a late check out. This home is definitely family friendly with the bunk room as well as futons in all rooms. My little grand kids had several choices of places to sleep. There is also a pack & play for a baby! So many amenities for families. There is a park with a splash pad a mile from the house. If you are looking for major amenities they are just a short 12 minute drive from the home. Great home, we will definitely stay again!!!
