“Seemöwe 1” welcomes you as a particularly stylish and tastefully furnished holiday rental on the upper floor. With approximately 60 m² of space, it offers plenty of room for up to four people and impresses with its harmonious colour scheme and thoughtful details—a true oasis of comfort for your holiday!

The open-concept living area features a cosy sofa nook, an inviting dining area, and a modern kitchen newly installed in 2025. Equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—perfect for relaxed evenings of cooking and socialising.

The two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights:
• One bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (each 90x200 cm) and is ideal as a children’s room or a quiet retreat.
• The second bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed (two mattresses, each 90x200 cm) and also has its own TV for relaxing evenings.

For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel cot are available upon request (please note: an additional mattress is required).

Another highlight is the spacious, sunny balcony facing southwest—perfect for soaking up the sun and winding down the day in relaxation. The shared courtyard with a grill area and a beach chair is also available for your use.

And best of all: Kellenhusen’s fine-sand beach is just a 3-minute walk away!

For even more convenience, you can optionally book a laundry package. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
