Keep looking, this isn't the apt you're looking for

Zero communication from "host", zero. No answer to my text or call. No idea who it was that opened the door to let us in. She was friendly, but no English or German so not much communication. Very poorly laid out apt IMO. Kitchen so small the refrigerator is in the living room as a TV stand too. Also dishes and cutlery in living room. No spatula, tiny glasses. But the low point was the bed. Quite possibly the worst we've ever experienced. Then there was the bathroom. Beautiful full tub/shower shoehorned into a tiny space. A large person will have a hard time maneuvering. The single door ket to the apt was difficult when we weren't going to the same places. Really disappointed in this short term rental!

The phone number and email address of the property host are sent in the confirmation email and it is suggested that you contact them to arrange your arrival to ensure it goes smoothly. While the owners do not always speak more than 1 or 2 languages, our international team is always available to help with communication. We are saddened to hear that some aspects of the property did not live up to your expectations. The description of the property and layout on the website is as accurate and detailed as possible. The displayed pictures are taken professionally, without editing, and with no wide angles to ensure they remain close to reality and avoid any confusion. We truly hope that this did not bother you too much. Your comments regarding the beds are noted. The mattresses are quite recent, although it is true that it is hard to accommodate all our guests when it comes to this, as some will prefer a firm mattress while others like very soft ones. We are sorry it wasn't to your liking. As for the kitchen equipment, we are sorry to hear that you found it to be insufficient. We take pride in providing our guests with a fully equipped kitchen to ensure their stay is as comfortable as possible, and a list of the equipment provided can be found in the property ad. Should there be anything missing or needing replacement, the property host, Petra, is available to help.
