The home was cleaned and worked for lodging accommodations while on a work trip, however the home was not well stocked. We were there for 2 weeks and were not supplied nearly enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was also no dishwasher tabs upon check in. We ended up having to buy all of this ourselves. The washer and dryer both did not work and we had to have someone come out to fix it.Upon check in we were given the wrong entry code and were locked out for an hour. Overall the home was clean and was fine for the circumstances.

The neighborhood is horribleThe grass isn't maintainedBackyard isn't fenced in for security or privacyThe wood on outside door is ate up by termites where bugs constantly comes inThe dryer door has to be closed with tape2 of the bedrooms no one could sleep in due to it being a heat wave and the ac didn't seem to work upstairs.Ac thermostat is locked on 73 so the temperature can't be adjusted so you had to stay still to keep cool in a heat wave.The screen door is missing the window out of it and has no spring to close so it swings open.The windows have paint sprayed on them due to the outside of the house being repainted I guess which make the house look bad.I paid a dog fee and told the host way before time I wasn't bringing a dog and was never reimbursed my moneyCloset with no where to hang clothesNo dressers to put clothes

The property was exactly as described, but the pictures were nicer. It was centrally located - everything was 15 -25 minutes away and situated in a working class neighborhood. I did not feel unsafe in the neighborhood. You will hear trai s and airplanes. There are small improvements that could help in a big way. Example, there are blinds but no curtains which you don't realize matters until the street lights and sun light are pouring into the bedrooms. The 4 bedroom home can sleep 8 but the rest of the house cannot accommodate that many. The living room has a small couch and 2 chairs - seating for 5 at max. The kitchen has a small bar height table and 4 bar stools. We had to bring our lawn chairs inside because of inadequate seating. The kitchen was updated, but extremely small. All plates and cups were a cheap hard plastic. There were no coffee cups, no coffee pot, and no toaster. The bedrooms had a bed and 1 night stand. No dressers or even anything to sit your luggage on. (Again, exactly as described, you just take for granted certain things would be in a bedroom.) Washer and dryer were problematic but host does have a work order in for them. The rooms that had closets did not have any rods in them to be able to use. Host did come and install some for us while we were there. All in all it was like a partial furnished house college kids would rent. I will say the host tried to do everything to make us happy and was very responsive.

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated many of the updates and features of the home. The newly refinished floors were beautiful, and the kitchen and bathroom were very well done. The updated fixtures and faucets gave the space a modern feel, and the recessed lighting was a great touch—it provided excellent lighting throughout the home. Being a corner house made it easy to find, and the location was convenient with a reasonable distance to many attractions. The price was also affordable and felt like a good value.There were a few areas that could use improvement. We noticed ants gathering in the corner near the window, which was something that should be addressed. The thermostat was locked and set at 73 degrees, which may not be comfortable for every guest depending on personal preference or weather conditions. The back door also had a missing window and door handle, which affected the overall condition and security of that area.A few small amenities would have made the stay more convenient. There were no pot holders available for cooking, and while dish soap was provided, there was no dishwasher soap available. The bath towels were also much smaller than expected—they were closer to the size of hand towels rather than standard bath towels.One other concern was that the entrance code was not provided until about 15 minutes before our arrival, which made planning and arriving a little stressful.Overall, the home has a lot of potential and many beautiful updates.
