Two ground-floor apartments, each with a total of 2 rooms; each apartment is approximately 45 m² and accommodates up to 3 people and one small child. Each apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults for both apartments combined; an additional cot is available upon request. The two apartments are separated by a shared hallway.<br><br>The Auer holiday home, with its two ground-floor holiday apartments, is located on the outskirts of Itter. Shopping is available at the village store, approximately 350 metres away, or in the town of Hopfgarten, approximately 3.5 km away. Restaurants such as the Gasthaus Rösslwirt, which serves traditional cuisine, are about 2.1 km away; alternatively, we recommend making a reservation to visit the “Tirolerhof” sports and wellness hotel, located just 500 m away. In the summer, the outdoor swimming pool in Itter—with its stunning mountain views—is just 800 metres away.<br>Hiking and biking trails start right from the house. The host provides storage space for bicycles and motorcycles below the house. The garden area, which includes a lawn, is available for guests’ shared use; the host also provides a grill. The hosts live on the upper floor of the house and are available to assist guests with any questions, such as recommendations for day trips, local attractions, or information about the ski area. In winter, the quickest way to reach the SkiWelt Wilden Kaiser ski area is via the Hofgarten (Hohen-Salve) valley station, approximately 3.5 km away; the cross-country ski trailhead is about 50 m from the house, and the ski bus stop is about 250 m away. In the ski room, guests can use the ski boot warmer free of charge.
