Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on reservation permitted to stay overnight at the home.
No Parties or events: Large gatherings, events or parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking: Smoking or vaping not permitted inside of the home.
Check in/out: Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved.
Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Return all furniture and accessories to their original location at checkout.
Waterfront and Outdoor: guests assume all risk when using docks, fire pits, waterfront areas, or outdoor amenities.
Septic care: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
Trash: guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated bins. Trash pick up day is Tuesday- please roll blue bin to end of drive Tuesday before 8:00 a.m.
Security: do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation.
Violations of house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or involvement with platform oversight.
