Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 450 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "29A" 50 m, underground station "U1 Anderklaaerstrasse" 1.1 km, lake alte Donau 2.6 km. Nearby attractions: VetMedUni 1 km, Krankenhaus Nord 2.9 km. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, 1 wall-trunk bed, cable TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Additional pallet stove in the kitchen: fuel is not included! Coal grill available in the garden: you have to bring your own fuel.

Toller Aufenthalt mit traumhaften Garten

Für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hunden ist dieser Bungalow perfekt. Eingezäuntes Grundstück, Park ganz in der Nähe und nur 10 km zum Stadtzentrum entfernt gelegen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wo Hunde und Familie glücklich sind! Wir kommen jedes Jahr immer wieder und mindestens 4 mal!!!!! Warum ???? Weil es für unsere Hunde und für uns Paradies ist. Und vor allem weil unser ältester Hund schwer Krank ist Demenz,Operationen und er kommt so toll zu recht und wird liebevoll begrüßt von unseren Vermieter und das Haus und Garten ist ideal für Hund und Familie eingerichtet. Das spüren Hunde und sind glücklich. Ein Traum für unsere Hunde und für uns...Erholung pur. Traumhaft Einrichtung

Herzlichen Dank , Wir sind über glücklich und 4x dieses Jahr dort,großes lob an Vermieterin,so freundlich,hilfsbereit,kümmert sich persönlich um jedes anliegen,es ist alles vorhanden,fürHunde zum abkühlen,toll hab ich den Gemüsegarten gefunden, Haus und Möbel tollen zustand sehr gepflegt,Schirm,Liegen,Griller,2 Kühlschrank,tolle Küche ,Ruhe Oase,und im Grünen, alles für Hunde da ,einfach herrlich,das findet man nicht überall. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren zum ersten Mal mit Hund in Wien. Mein Hund hat sich sichtlich wohlgefühlt und auch wir Zweibeiner hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Für Spaziergängen mit Hund bot sich der nahegelegene Park sehr gut an.

Kleines Schmuckstück in ruhiger Lage

In diesem Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Equipment ist ausreichend und funktionell und alle im Internetauftritt angezeigten Gegenstände waren vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Anbietung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Leopoldsau.

Ein Traum in Wien!

Fantastische Unterkunft, und es fehlt an nichts! Man merkt, dass die FeWo von sehr netten Vermietern so eingerichtet wurde, wie sie selbst drin wohnen würden. Zum Zentrum geht's mit den öffentlichen in knapp 20 Minuten - das Auto bleibt im Grundstück auf dem Parkplatz stehen. Die Gaststätten ums Eck "Schabanak" und der Italiener "DaRaffaelo" Runden den perfekten Kurzurlaub kulinarisch ab! Was will man mehr!
