The bright hallway leads to the living area on the left.

The bathroom is located off the hallway. It is equipped with a toilet and a shower (curtain, step-free entry).

The entire holiday apartment features designer hardwood flooring.

The living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing. The integrated dining area, located right by the window, allows you to enjoy a direct view of the Baltic Sea from the tall dining table with bar stools.

The separate sleeping area, adjacent to the living room, is divided by a curtain (blackout). The double bed (90 x 200 each) ensures a peaceful night’s sleep before the radio alarm clock wakes you up.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave with grill and convection functions.

The children’s room, featuring a bunk bed (each 90×200), is separated from the living room by a door.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by lift.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation centre, located 300 metres away, the local doctors and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large car park at the rear of the holiday park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
