Upon entering the apartment, you’ll pass through the hallway—which offers ample storage space—and walk past the bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower (shower curtain, low threshold), a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.

The hallway continues into the living/sleeping area.

The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a half-wall (accessible from both sides). The double bed (2 x 90 x 200) ensures a good night’s sleep.

In the living room, featuring a lime-green sofa set and an armchair, an LCD TV (70 cm diameter), a DVD player, and a stereo system, you can enjoy your holiday time.

The dining area, which is part of the living area, is located right by the window and seats 4 people.

The children’s room is separated from the living/dining area by a door and is equipped with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults). A small LCD TV with a built-in DVD player is also available here.
The children’s room has a window that opens.

The kitchen is open to the living/sleeping area and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils—a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.

It features a balcony overlooking the park-like courtyard and offering a stunning view across the inland lake towards the Baltic Sea, all the way to the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, and towards the town of Heiligenhafen.

A safe in the hallway closet is available for use.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you accordingly and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via lifts.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
- Active pursuits such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the holiday park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field towards the beach
