Nestled in a charming art and beach community along the Delaware River, BeachRiver offers a retreat rich in creativity, history, and natural beauty. Our township’s story stretches back more than 350 years, with roots that still connect generations—one resident traces their family heritage to a township co-founder. Many local artists have been commissioned to create well-known works, bringing a creative spirit to this special waterfront community.

This remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath Scandinavian-modern home sits on a private stretch of riverfront with 1,400 square feet of sandy beach exclusively for your group. Step onto the expansive 36’ x 16’ walk-out deck to watch morning light dance across the water, or linger over sunset with a glass of wine and the river as your soundtrack. Inside, an open-concept living area embraces the views, surrounding you with water, sky, and understated comfort.

Your stay is all about simple rituals that help you slow down and reconnect. Begin with coffee on the deck, then unwind in the handcrafted, pine-lined outdoor barrel sauna, with seating for up to four. Spend the afternoon enjoying the beach or discovering the area’s art, history and wineries! In the evening, gather in the cozy living space or retreat to your king-sized suite to recharge in quiet luxury.

The view from the front door is amazing! So many details in this place, felt like luxury right along the water! They sure do assure you have everything and more for a wonderful stay! Comfortable pillows and beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and wished we had more. Thank you for having us!
