Nice stay in a nice area

The location of the house was perfect! Quiet and relaxing. The house has everything you need to cook and to "stay home". The only thing that annoyed us was the windows without mosquito nets which did not allow us to open the windows during the warmy nights. Otherwise, our stay was really nice. 👍

Vacation at Botterlaan 27

The holiday home is located in a nice and quiet park. The interior is clean and cosi. The inventory is more than complete. The loction in Den Osse is ideal as starting point for biketours and walking. We had 6 suny days wether so primarily enjoyed the outdoor activities. I small inconvience was the fact that there were no Dutch programs.

Das Häuschen war sehr gemütlich. Was irritierend war, sind die vielen Lebensmittel, die zurückgelassen wurden. Man wusste ja nicht, wie alt sie schon sind, in der Dusche läuft das Wasser sehr schlecht ab. Ansonsten war es sehr schön

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche .Im Haus ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht.Die Terrasse lädt ein zum Frühstücken und das Gegrillte aufzuessen.Checkin und out ist völlig problemlos.Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches kleines Haus, für 2 Erwachsene genug Platz. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit großzügiger Gläser- und Geschirrauswahl.Genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten auf Terrasse und im Garten.Für unsere Fahrräder war Platz im Gartenhaus.Günstig Lage an Radwegen und kurzer Weg zum Grevelingenmeer.Wir haben eine tolle Frühlingswoche mit Sonne pur genossen!

Ein herrliches Haus mit toller Ausstattung - es war wirklich alles da! Für uns Radler ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Himmelsrichtungen.Einziger Mini-Kritikpunkt: Das große Bett steht nicht in einem Zimmer, sondern direkt oben am Treppenaufgang, also im offenen Durchgangsbereich. Für uns war es kein Problem ;)

Die Lage ist für Familien super.Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und viele Sachen wurden nur provisorisch verbessert.Der Kühlschrank könnte mal ersetzt werden.Was aber sehr gut war ,war das Zubehör in der Küche alles da was man braucht. Auch der Grill ist sehr gut und das es eine Waschmaschine gibt ist super.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern 7 und 16, in dem vollumfänglich ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Den Bildern entsprechend. Top Mobilfunknetz in der ganzen Region. Die Ferienparkanlage bietet für jedes Alter und für jedes Wetter ausreichende Abwechslung!Unser Lieblingsstrand war der in Ouddorp, auch bestens für Kitesurf-Anfänger!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus.Es ist alles vorhanden was man so für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt.Wir haben den Garten sehr genossen, konnten dort wunderbar grillen, Sonnen und relaxen.Der Strand ist nur paar Gehminuten entfernt.Alles top wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Schönes Häuschen für ein langes Wochenende

Ferien am Grevelingenmeer

Kleines gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhigem Ferienpark. Die Nordsee ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Kleiner Ministrand in der Nähe zum Buddeln und Krebse suchen für Kinder. Viele Spielplätze in der Umgebung.

Den Osse - Zomerdorp 2024

Schöne Parkanlage mit älterem Baumbestand, wenige 100m zum Grevelingenmeer mit Strand und Marina für ausgiebige Tagessegelntouren. Die Nordsee ist mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Kein WLAN.

Klein und kuschelig

Wir waren zu dritt für 4 Tage in dem netten kleinen Häuschen. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr war sehr gut. Außer einem Frühstück haben wir nichts zubereitet. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber funktionell mit einer sehr großen Dusche. Es gibt hinter dem Haus eine überdachte Terrasse und ein kleines schön eingewachsen es Grünstück. Da scheint fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Was im Mai sehr angenehm ist. In der Nacht vor unserer Reise und am Abreisemorgen hat es geregnet. Vor der Haustür hatte sich dann leider eine knöcheltiefe Pfütze gebildet, was das beladen des Autos etwas erschwerte. Ansonsten ist das Haus für 3 Personen weiter zu empfehlen.

Super Häuschen

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Park. Der kleine Garten bietet Sonne und Schatten. Wir waren mit unseren zwei großen Töchtern das Pfingstwochenende da und es war wunderbar. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, praktisch eingerichtet und wir haben alle Informationen im Voraus bekommen. Ich persönlich finde die Bezahlung und Kommunikation über FeWo-direkt lästig. Die unterschiedliche Seiten wo mann hingeleitet wird und en Code die mann dann bekommt damit mann seine Nachrichten lesen kann finde ich sehr umständlich. Vielen dank, Astrid

Kleines ,in die Jahre gekommenes Häuschen

Es handelt sich um ein bereits altes kleines Haus. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung im Internet nicht der Realität. Das Doppelbett steht,nicht vom Wohnraum abgetrennt und über die steile Trepoe erreichbaren direkt im oberen Flur. Das Zimmer mit den 2 sehr schmalen,unter die Dachschrägen gequetschten Einzelbetten, ist nur über den Flur mit dem dort stehenden Doppelbett erreichbar. Eine absolut ungeeignete Wohnsituation für vier Personen .Unsere Enttäuschung war groß! Nachdem ein Durcheinander mit der leider nicht passenden ,bestellten Bettwäsche, telefonisch geklärt werden konnte,wir uns mit der Schlafsituation abgefunden hatten, konnte der Urlaub endlich beginnen. Eindeutige Empfehlung unsererseits ist, dass das Haus für 2 Erwachsene maximal mit 2 kleinen Kindern geeignet ist. Die Sauberkeit von Bad und Küche war ok. Eine generelle Grundreinigung von Tür-und Fensterrahmen , Bettrahmen (besonders am Doppelbett),saubere Polster für die Aussenmöbel wären wünschenswert.

Wir bedauern die Enttäuschung, möchten aber an dieser Stelle klarstellen: Das Haus ist aus dem selben Baujahr, wie alle anderen Häuser des Ferienparks auch und weist einen dort üblichen Grundriss und Standard auf. Eine generelle Grundreinigung wird immer im Frühjahr und im Herbst durchgeführt und ist mittlerweile erfolgt. Die Polster wurden ausgetauscht.

ZEELAND ist Natur pur

- ruhige Lage - gute Versorgung in der Nähe - Sauberkeit sehr mäßig - in der Dusche starker Schimmelbefall am Boden - viele handwerkliche Arbeiten unfachlich ausgeführt - insgesamt liebloser Eindruck - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

Wir bedauern, dass es Kritikpunkte gab. Die Silikonnähte in der Dusche wurden mittlerweile erneuert, ansonsten konnte kein Schimmelbefall am Boden der Dusche festgestellt werden.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus am Grevelinger Meer

Schöne und ruhige Ferienanlage unweit des Grevelinger Meer und nur 3 km von der Nordsee in Scharendijk entfernt. Informationen vorab zum Check in sehr gut. Das Haus selber ist für 4 Personen gut — allerdings nicht auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik und der Ausstattung, d.h. sämtliche Türen schließen nicht ohne weiteres und die Sauberkeit lässt hier und da doch zu wünschen übrig. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ideal, da Zeeland viele tolle Ziele bietet wie z.B. Zierikzee oder auch ein Trip nach Antwerpen.

Wir bedauern, dass die Mieter das Haus nicht zu ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit vorgefunden haben. Weil die Vormieter das Haus nicht rechtzeitig verlassen hatten, war eine umfassende Reinigung leider nicht möglich, dies wurde aber vom Mieter auch nicht umgehend moniert, so dass uns keine Nachbesserung möglich war. Auf Nachfrage hinsichtlich der Technik fehlte dem Mieter WLAN, welches von vorn herein nicht angeboten wurde. Die Türen wurden bereits nachgebessert.

Erholsamer Urlaub in bester Lage

Hübsches Häuschen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, nicht sehr sauber, aber in bester Lage. Etwas störender Geruch ( Feuchtigkeit?) Haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Es war von Allem genug da.

Das Haus ist 2021 renoviert worden, die Inneneinrichtung ist überwiegend erneuert worden und die Terrasse mit Überdachung ist 2022 erstellt worden. Möglicherweise liegt diese Bewertung daran, dass die Mieter am Abreisetag nicht wie vereinbart um 10 Uhr das Haus verlassen hatten und hierdurch ein Konflikt hinsichtlich der Reinigung und Mieterwechsel entstand.
