Each apartment features free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an open-concept living/dining area with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with an open shower and a hair dryer. A refrigerator, an oven, a hob, a kettle, and a coffee maker are also provided. Ample free parking is available on the property. After your hike through wine country, relax on the terrace or balcony with a glass of Franconian wine and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The tourist destinations of Würzburg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, and Bad Windsheim are only about 30 minutes away. Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in about 60 minutes. The “Schnazen Nest” penthouse apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features air conditioning. The open-concept living/sleeping area is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and a drip coffee maker. The sleeping area has a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and a separate single bed measuring 100x200 cm is also available. A sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with chairs create a cosy living space. The new bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels, as well as a towel rack and hair dryer, are provided. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Payment can be made in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please contact us with your exact arrival time. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available upon request.
