Welcome to your holiday home in the heart of the North Sea resort of Büsum—your perfect getaway for a relaxing family holiday!

Our modern holiday home, built in 2021, is centrally located yet quiet within the new resort and has been furnished with great attention to detail—especially with families in mind. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the family-friendly Perlebucht, ideal for building sandcastles, taking beach walks, or enjoying relaxing days by the sea.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living area with an open kitchen and a dining table that seats six. A cosy sofa and lounge chairs invite you to unwind after an active day at the beach. On rainy days or when temperatures drop, the fireplace provides cosy warmth, while the modern flat-screen TV with Telekom Magenta TV and a variety of board games ensure plenty of entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—even amateur chefs will find everything they need here.

The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with a shower and an infrared sauna—perfect for relaxing even on cooler days. Upstairs, you’ll find a second bathroom with a bathtub that invites you to unwind.

With a total of three bedrooms, up to six people can sleep comfortably. Two bedrooms are furnished with double box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The upstairs bedroom with the double bed and the room with the single beds each have a flat-screen TV with Magenta TV—perfect for relaxing evenings or a peaceful night’s sleep. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and the bedrooms also have blackout pleated blinds.

The holiday home is perfectly equipped for families: a travel cot and high chair are provided, and a handcart makes it easy to transport sand toys and snacks to the beach. The terrace is perfect for balmy summer evenings and barbecues on the Weber grill, while you enjoy the fresh North Sea air on a lounge chair. In front of the terrace is a small garden area that offers additional open space.

There’s a private, lockable shed for bicycles or water sports equipment, so everything is safely stored. A new, modern playground has been built right in the heart of the resort—while the kids play, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the day. Two private parking spaces right in front of the house ensure a stress-free arrival and departure.

The holiday home is a smoke-free property; pets are not allowed. With its well-thought-out amenities, proximity to Perlebucht, and family-friendly atmosphere, it offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable North Sea holiday filled with relaxation, play, and quality time together.
