A beautiful house, located about 19 km from the lovely Dalmatian city of Zadar in Croatia. 10 km from the sea (Posedarje, Ljubac, Vrsi, or Razanac). The house is located in a beautiful, quiet village (about 300 residents), fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. The house is fully air-conditioned with a new air conditioning system installed in 2021.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. A washing machine is located in the bathroom. A full set of dishes, towels, and bed linens is also provided.
The terrace features a modern garden table and chairs.
From the terrace, you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the Velebit Mountains. There is a small Studenac supermarket in town.

Schönes Haus in ruhigem Dorf

Das Haus ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf auf dem Lande und ist von touristischem Rummel komplett verschont. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. In der näheren Umgebung (ca. 20 bis 45 Min. mit dem Auto) gibt es tolle Badebuchten, Wandermöglichkeiten, kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat bestens geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
