The location is excellent. The supplies, towels, linens, toiletries, etc. was greatly appreciated and there was plenty. Kitchen items are well stocked. Very nice laundry accommodations. All the beds are extremely comfortable and it was really nice to have a tv in all the bedrooms.

Our family of 6 had an amazing stay at this property. It is the perfect size. The house is very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were so nice. The property has amazing views and you can swim right off the dock. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exactly how described / pictured. It was the perfect location, close to everything and the view was amazing! The house was very clean inside, well taken care of. It was the perfect house for my family and dog! We would definitely stay here again. We rented a boat around the corner from Ozark Rentals and they were absolutely wonderful. We went around the lake and hit some of our favorite restaurants, Jolly Rodger’s is one!

Beautiful home and amazing view! The house was clean but we did run into a couple minor issues, there were tiny flies everywhere on the bottom floor especially in the kitchen. The pots and pans are very sticky even with cooking oil, and there is water on the floor under the stairway.

Property was great! We had our family of four and didn't even use a couple of the rooms because we spent most of our time outside. Great views! Especially enjoyed the screened-in 2nd level porch/outdoor area! Dock and Slip was awesome for keeping the boat out of the waves. Used both the Blackstone and grill to cook outside. AND, we really enjoyed the bald eagle in the tree above as well as the deer that crossed the property every morning at sun-up!!

House was very clean and looked just ask pictured. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The decks were very enjoyable. We used both the grill and Blackstone provided to cook most of our meals. There was a boat ramp with fuel close by. We had 4 jet ski's at the dock (2 on the boat lift and too in the longer slip). We were not initially provided the lock code for the garage, but just a quick call to the host and it was provided. The house is on the main channel so great views and plenty of close access to places by water. About a 10 minute drive from the house gets you back to the main strip/dam by car.

The Good: The interior of the house is very nice, updated, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all very nice.The Not So Good: The exterior of the house is wildly overrun with spiders and bugs. Everyday required a bug cleaning exercise to sit on the back patio. Recommend professional spraying. There was no place to take the trash out, despite requests, there was no dumpster or cans on the property.The renter indicated we could fit 2 pickup trucks and our boat trailer in the driveway, not even close. It's very steep and smallish. 2 vehicles only, we had to find a lot nearby to store the trailer for 10/day- no biggie, we just weren't prepared.If you are bringing a boat for the slip, beware. If your boat doesn't fit in the lifted slip (small bowrider) DO NOT use the larger slip. It's right on the main channel and it's an absolute rodeo. We sustained damage to our brand new pontoon. Every in and out was a chore, 7 ropes and 7 fenders. I have video, not pretty.
