Sehr gute Lage

Dem Objekt würde eine Grundreinigung (z.B. Spinnenweben hinter Bett und Sofa) sowie eine gewisse Renovierung (Dusche, Türen) gut tun. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und hochwertig, die Lage zur Perlebucht sehr gut. Etwas störend die Baustelle in der direkten Umgebung, dürfte sich aber im nächsten Jahr erledigt haben.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unbefriedigend. Innenausstattung veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Heizungsregelung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Terrasse war nicht gründlich gereinigt, wenn überhaupt. Das Bad ist für 4 Sterne recht klein und für 4 Personen nicht konzipiert. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Strandnah und sehr ruhig. Der Garten trägt zur Erholung bei. Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten ist optimal. Wir haben Ihnen eine ausführliche Stellungnahme am 3. Juli per Mail gesendet. Leider ist der Vermieter nicht direkt zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung mit diesem Randerscheinungen nicht weiter empfehlen.
