About this property

Vacation apartment (Berg-Klee) with 50 square meters - close to nature and quiet - newly renovated

Our gorgeous holiday rental was completely renovated in 2021 and features a modern design. It offers free, high-speed Wi-Fi.
It has a new, fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a De’Longhi fully automatic coffee machine. The living area is furnished with a comfortable pull-out spring-core sofa that can comfortably sleep two people. The dining table seats four people. A large, Wi-Fi-enabled flat-screen TV provides entertainment.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and features a walk-in shower and a modern LED mirror. A hair dryer is provided.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine level and features a beautiful south-facing balcony.
It is situated on a cul-de-sac right at the edge of the forest. The spa park and the forest swimming pool are just a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre, with its various restaurants, and the Bocksbergbahn are within walking distance.
The holiday apartment comes with its own underground parking space.
There is a shared basement for bicycles, strollers, skis, sleighs, and more.

Our “Gold-Klee” holiday apartment is located in the adjacent building and can also be booked.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Klein aber fein

Frisch renovierte Wohnung in einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Haus.Die Parkplatzsituation war etwas unklar, aber ging sich gut aus.Einrichtung war sehr schön (wie oftmals etwas wenig Stauraum in der Küche) .Aktuell wird nebenan gebaut, was unserem kleinen sehr gut gefallen hat. Wer aber wegen der Ruhe dorthin möchte, sollte vielleicht noch ein halbes bis ganzes Jahr warten.Herrvorragende Anbindung zum Spielplatz war für uns mit das Beste.
