It’s so hard to get in touch with people here, and this app just doesn’t work well.<br><br>Well-equipped 135-square-meter city villa (built in 2015) with a double garage in a secluded location.<br><br>Description: <br><br>If you’re looking for space and relaxation, this is the perfect place for you.<br><br>Surrounded by fields, you can enjoy country life without having to sacrifice comfort and modern amenities.<br>All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and/or roller shades. <br>Fly screens allow for mosquito-free ventilation and a holiday free of eight-legged visitors.<br><br>This is a “non-smoking” home.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout. A robot vacuum takes care of basic cleaning.<br><br>A large bathroom is located upstairs. No electric clothes dryer)<br><br>The Baltic Sea, Kappeln, Schleswig, Flensburg, and Husum are all about 30 minutes away.<br>The well-known “Tolk-Schau” amusement park is only 10 km away. A children’s playground is located one kilometre away.<br><br>Garden: A table with 8 comfortable chairs + cushions + charcoal and an electric grill are provided.<br>The rooftop terrace, featuring lounge furniture and a magnificent panoramic view, invites you to linger.<br><br>Bedding: (Newly purchased in 2021) All beds are made with fresh protective sheets and fabric sheets. Duvets and pillows with protective covers are provided. This is included in the rental price.<br>Please bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels.<br> <br><br>A final cleaning must be booked on-site for 100 euros.
