Our stay went great, loved the location. It was our first time doing Vrbo in this area and we supper happy with how it turned out. The manager was super helpful with any requests and made it very easy to stay in contact!

This property is in a fantastic location if your plans include one or more dates at Petco Park! If your stay is unrelated to the ball park but is on dates when the Padres are in town, the pace is a little crazy but adds to the energy and vibe of the Gaslamp area! We would definitely stay here again if our plans include this part of town! Nearby trails and the bay at your doorstep. wow!

Location was amazing and Collin’s was a great host - very good at communicating. Our only feedback was that there wasn’t enough towels/blankets/pillows for 6 of us. Otherwise perfect for our weekend getaway and so easy to get to the Padres stadium.

This is a new listing that is a stones throw from Petco park. It was perfect for us since we were there for the game. The game room was a huge hit with my kids. It was a lovely walk over the footbridge to the water and there is a wonderful coffee shop downstairs that we enjoyed everyday. The only struggle was parking. There is not overnight parking available in the building and since it was a game weekend, most lots, to park overnight, were at least a half mile walk away so plan ahead for that. The host was extremely responsive to our needs since it was a new listing and there were some basic amenities missing. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and the master bedroom was separated a bit from the other two bedrooms, which was nice for our multi-generational group. Just got information, there is only space for two chairs at the counter for eating, no kitchen table, but a coffee table. Lots of towels, kitchen supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels and even laundry and dish detergent.The complex is large and took us a day or two to get used to navigating. It was very nice to have access to all the amenities, and we specifically enjoyed the pool and hot tub!Parking is a bit inconvenient. You can park in the complex parking, but it's a bit pricy, and your host will need to renew your pass daily. Parking on the street is actually closer to the apartment than the garage is, but it's not available when there is a baseball game, and you have to go down every two hours during the day to renew your timer. We needed to contact our host several times for various things during our stay, and they were extremely responsive and helpful! We will definitely stay with them again for future trips to San Diego!

The apartment was clean and organized! Despite being next to PetCo Park you actually couldn’t hear much so that was great. The host communicated well, even when I had late evening questions, there were no issues. Would def book again if in the area. It was a great spot for our girls trip :)

Great communication with the owner. He responded right away to any questions we had. Great location… right across from the ballpark and easy walking to gaslamp district.The only thing we weren’t prepared for was we had to pay for parking down in the garage… the owner took care of it for us and we Venmo’d him the money. Parking rates fluctuate with game days but it’s going to cost the same anywhere else down in the Gaslamp district. Just something to keep in mind

Unit was as advertised. Excellent location, especially if a Padres game is on the itinerary. Collins was communicative and left good instructions to get in the building and unit. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Overall good stay.

I can only guess this is about the claim I filed for the damaged coffee maker which was broken after you checked out. Again this is just Vrbo policy and the claim needed to be filed.
