The Maisonette holiday rental is located on a small, quiet, and car-free alley. The top two floors of the three-story house are connected by a spiral staircase (not child-safe). The Maisonette holiday rental measures approximately 65 m². The Maisonette features a furnished terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caldera de Taburiente, as well as a small balcony overlooking “El Time.”
The interior of the apartment is comfortably furnished with hardwood floors and natural stone tiles. The living/kitchen area is bright and inviting, featuring French balconies. A bathroom with a shower and a bedroom are located on the same level. An open wooden spiral staircase leads to the attic (for exclusive use). From there, you can access the furnished sun terrace and the balcony.
