The home was designed to be comfortable and functional for families, couples, and small groups traveling together. The open living space makes it easy to spend time together after a day at the beach while still offering private sleeping spaces for rest and relaxation. 
Guests can explore nearby Carolina Beach State Park, take a walk or bike ride along the Island Greenway, or spend the day at the beach just minutes away. Local attractions such as Fort Fisher and the North Carolina Aquarium are also a short drive away and offer great activities for families visiting the area.

Long-form space details:
Driving up, you will be welcomed by a bright, modern two-story structure with a cheery front door. On the first floor you will find a laundry closet with a full washer and dryer; a mud area with hooks and a bench that houses storage baskets equipped with towels for you to grab on your way out to the beach; a full bathroom with a tub; a room with full-sized bunk beds; and a room with a queen bed, twin daybed, and a desk with a chair. 
As you make your way upstairs, you will be bathed in the natural sunlight pouring in from the numerous windows. The house is equipped with a full kitchen that has everything you need to make yourself at home. A dining table that seats six, plus four counter stools, ensures that every guest has a place to eat. 
Lounge on the cozy, leather sectional as you enjoy the company of family and friends while listening to music (at a considerate level) on the small JBL speaker provided or watching your favorite streaming service on the 65” 4K Smart Television. The balcony is situated off of the living room and is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage and a good book. 
The primary bedroom features calming tones, a King bed, and an ensuite bathroom all designed to help you relax and unwind. All beds are topped with Helix Hospitality mattresses (top bunk and Twin are Brooklyn Bedding) and will be made up with fresh linens prior to your arrival (linens provided for top bunk). Each bed has an option of standard or firm pillows to suit your preference. 
Bath towels are provided and bathrooms are stocked with the essentials from Public Goods: hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. 
For families, make your little one feel at home with the pack-n-play (sheet included), highchair, feeding bibs, noise machine, outlet protectors, step stool, children’s dinnerware, and toys/books. There is also a disconnected baby monitor available for use. If you inform us of your interest prior to check-in, we can ensure that it’s made available. 
There are dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies for your use although you may want to purchase supplemental items for longer stays. 
Be prepared for beach day with (5) adult beach chairs, (4) children’s beach chairs, (2) beach umbrella, (6) boogie boards, (1) Activ Flyer (beach frisbee), towels, and beach toys. Cornhole is also available for setup in the backyard. After your day at the beach, wash the sand off using the outdoor shower that has both hot and cold water. There is space for (3) medium sized cars in the driveway - cars may park on the gravel. 
Because we want this space to be comfortable for all guests, we do not allow pets, smoking or parties in our home or on the premises.
