Hello, we’re so glad you’re interested in our Bergblick holiday rental.


Our Bergblick holiday rental is approximately 75 square metres and is ideal for 2 to 3 people (4 people upon request).
To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we offer a sunny south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain views, accessible directly from the living room.

Of course, you’re also welcome to use our large garden right next to the house.
We welcome our guests with a regional gift basket.
The first full set of linens is already included in the price for every guest and consists of:

- a complete set of bed linens

- 1 guest towel, 1 regular towel, 1 bath towel, 1 flannel
Would you like a linen change during your stay?

For a small additional fee of €15.00 per person, we’ll replace the entire set of linens mentioned above.
For guests with toddlers or babies, we’re happy to set up a cot in the bedroom.
For your entertainment, we offer a large TV with a Blu-ray player as well as a small stereo system.

Of course, we also provide free internet access. Each holiday apartment has its own Wi-Fi network. 
Upon arrival, you’ll find a basic supply of coffee, tea, spices, oil, and more in the kitchen. 
Hand sanitiser and a first-aid kit are available in the bathroom.


Our Bergblick holiday rental is laid out as follows:
1 entryway, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combination, 1 separate toilet, 1 living room, 1 bedroom

Built-in kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer compartment), stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, sink,

coffee maker, Senseo machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, glasses
Bathroom:

Sink, shower-tub combination, mirror cabinet

Hair dryer, soap, disinfectant, first aid kit
Toilet (separate room):

Please also note our payment terms:
Deposit:

25% of the total amount within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

The reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit.
Final payment:

No later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date

Failure to meet the payment deadlines is considered a cancellation by the guest and entitles the landlord/manager to withdraw from the contract and re-rent the property.
Utility costs:

No charges are applied for water, utilities, trash, or parking.


Cancellation:
Guests may cancel the contract at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing.
Applicable Fees:

- From the date of booking confirmation until the 60th day before the start of the rental period: no fees

- From the 60th day until the 30th day before the start of the rental period: an amount equal to the deposit

- From the 30th day through the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount

- from the 14th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the total amount

The full travel price is due in the event of a cancellation on or after the start of the rental period.

The date we receive your cancellation notice is the effective date. Any amounts already paid will be credited.
Last-minute arrivals:
For arrivals outside the timeframes specified in our payment terms, we are happy to discuss this with our guests personally.
You will automatically receive our contact information with your booking confirmation.

On-site payments can only be made in cash. We do not accept debit or credit cards.
