Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Lüfter war leider defekt.Sonst war die Wohnung echt gut.Die Lage ist für Familien mit Kinder super.

Die Wohnungsvermittlung war sehr gut netter service und Nachfragen und Infos. Allerdings war die Wohnung nicht so toll.Man hat sich viel Mühe gegeben ja aber die Küche und das Bad sind einfach zu klein für 4 personen. Im bad kann mam sich zwischen dusche waschbecken und wc gerade mal um die eigene Achse drehen. Sehr schönes Kinderzimmer. Warum wir nur 2 sterne vergeben. Es ist dauerhaft feucht in der wohnung. Die lüftung im bad läuft nicht man hört nur ein leises brummen. Das lüfterrad ist verschmutzt und dreht sich nicht. Wir haben dies gemeldet es kam nach ein paar tagen die rückmeldung, dass der lüfter so richtig eingestellt ist und man die Bad Tür auf lassen soll nach dem duschen. Wenn 4 leute nach dem strand duschen gehen ist es sehr viel feuchtigkeit für die wohnung gerade wenn auch draußen hohe luftfeuchtigkeit herrscht. Es stehen an mehreren stellen in der wohnung luftentfeuchter das reicht aber nicht. Im bad hat sich in den ecken schon schimmel gebildet aufgrund der dauer feuchte. Der wc kasten schwitzt auch permament. Siehe Fotos. In den ecken darf man auch nicht so genau nach der Sauberkeit schauen leider.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage nur 5 Gehminuten von der Perlebucht/ Familienlagune entfernt mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür.Die Wohnung an sich ist recht modern eingerichtet und ist vor allem für Familien mit Kindern super.Das Kinderzimmer grenzt direkt an das Elternschlafzimmer und ist super ausgestattet und für eine Ferienwohnung sehr geräumig.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.Einziges Manko ist, es gibt keine Spülmaschine ;)
