You can park your car right outside the door, which makes check-in extremely convenient for the whole family—and, of course, your best friends. <br>As soon as you step into the light-filled entryway, your gaze sweeps through the open living area—with its floor-to-ceiling windows—far across the lake to the opposite shore and the rolling hills of the Sauerland. - Welcome! <br>On this level, you’ll find the small shower room with a guest bathroom and the spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The furnishings feel fresh, light, and high-quality, and have been perfectly tailored to the space with a keen eye for detail. <br>The superbly equipped kitchen area is conveniently located directly across from the dining area. Here, you can enjoy the ever-changing cloudscapes and the view of the lake while sipping your first morning coffee. The adjoining rooftop terrace, on the other hand, offers the perfect setting for a delightful sundowner. <br>If the weather turns bad, simply turn on the electric fireplace and retreat to the cosy sitting area with a good book. Of course, there’s also a smart TV and Wi-Fi, but who needs those with a view like this… <br>Down a flight of stairs, you’ll find the relaxation area of the house. There are three bedrooms here, all of which feature great box-spring beds (180 cm x 200 cm), a Smart TV, plenty of closet space for your holiday wardrobe, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Since the house was cleverly built right into the hillside, you can step directly out onto the house’s second terrace from any of the bedrooms and enjoy the beautiful view from a completely different perspective—or even right from your bed. - Just the way you like it. <br>Wellness enthusiasts will love the large bathroom with a private sauna, bathtub, and spacious shower area… <br>In case you run out of space for your holiday wardrobe, a washing machine and dryer are also available. We really enjoyed the fenced-in patio with the dogs, since there are otherwise no boundaries between the properties. All in all, the house really offers everything you need and is in good condition. As for the amenities, I’d recommend providing a slightly better coffee maker—at least a Senseo or, better yet, a Nespresso. As for cleanliness, the cleaning team should be told that the windows could be cleaned every now and then, and the thick layer of dust on the tile trim in the bathroom isn’t very appealing either.<br>Amenities in the
