For Monday or Thursday mornings, please take trash to the curb the evening before and ensure all garbage is in the bins for pickup.
Please ensure grill is covered, propane off. Fire table covered, propane off. Yard games returned inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties or events. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
