We stayed for 3 nights and just left yesterday and can’t wait to go back! The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. I’m super picky and this place was beautiful and clean. Planning our next stay for next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was charming, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue and only a 5-minute walk to Coco Beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. Even though it’s close to everything, 10th Avenue is a nice, quiet street, making it easy to relax after a day out. The rooftop was a great place to unwind, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We’d happily book this condo again the next time we’re in Playa del Carmen!

Amazing location and a beautiful new building! The condo was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It’s on the smaller side, but we really didn’t mind since we spent most of our time exploring Playa.The location was one of our favorite parts. Coco Beach is just a short easy walk away, and Quinta Avenida is only one block over. It was nice being close to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere on 10th Avenue at night.The host was very responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen!

I had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler looking to get away and relax for a few days.The rooftop pool was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Beautiful views and a great place to unwind after a day out exploring. The location was excellent, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance.I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!
