Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse all dishes used, leave in sink.
If the clothes washer was used leave the door open.
Place any used towels and wash rags in the shower or tub.
Leave stripped bed linens on beds.
Remove all trash, place in outside bin.
Pick up anything left from a pet outside and only dispose of it in the outside trash bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
