The property is located in the central city centre area of the Roman town of Obernburg am Main, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Upper Germanic-Raetian Limes.” Shopping options: Bakery, restaurants within sight, bank, pharmacy, etc., all within walking distance. Perfect starting point for hiking tours in the Spessart Nature Park; Rosensee Niedernberg Golf Park is approx. 10 km away. Excellent access to industrial sites: KUKA Industries Obernburg 1.5 km, Obernburg Industrial Centre 2 km, Ciba Vision Großwallstadt 6 km, WIKA Klingenberg 9 km, Gries Deco Niedernberg 11 km, Linde AG Aschaffenburg 15 km, Messe Frankfurt 67 km. Direct access to Frankfurt Airport (60 km) via the B469/A3. Good train connections to the neighbouring major cities of Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Würzburg. 10-minute walk to the train station. Upper floor: Balcony overlooking the courtyard, large, open living space with a playable, freshly tuned piano, satellite TV, sitting and reading area, sleeper sofa, stainless-steel kitchen with dining area — Fully equipped with a retro fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. 1 bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, desk, dressing room, and bathroom with a shower. Attic: 1 bedroom with a double bed, French balcony overlooking the courtyard, satellite TV, desk, deluxe bathroom with marble mosaic tiles, corner bathtub, and shower. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival on-site in cash or by debit card. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over either in person upon arrival or contactlessly via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Other fees: Parking in the courtyard: 3 EUR per day; use of the laundry room (washing machine + dryer): 3 EUR per load; non-smoking apartment.

Tolles Haus, sehr einzigartig eingerichtet, gut zum kochen und tolle Lage.

Es war ein wirklich voll umfassend schöner Urlaub. Die Musikinstrumente haben nicht nur das Ambiente sondern auch den Abend sehr bereichert. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
