Wake up to sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez from this stunning 4th-floor beachfront condo at Las Olas Resort in San Jose del Cabo. Unit A401 sits directly above Costa Azul Beach, one of Baja's most iconic surf destinations, with four world-class breaks just steps from your door: The Rock, Middl es, Old Man's, and Zippers.

THE SPACE
This fully equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 and 2 each have king beds; Bedroom 3 has two twins (convertible to king). Enjoy a private balcony with BBQ grill, a 50" Roku TV, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, and full kitchen. The layout is open and airy with panoramic ocean views from the living area and primary bedroom.

RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to the Las Olas complex: oceanfront pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, rooftop tennis and pickleball court, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, pergolas, and a surf locker stocked with a soft-top surfboard and 2 boogie boards. Free parking included.

LOCATION
Steps to the sand at Costa Azul Beach. Walk to Zippers Restaurant, surf schools, board rentals, and beachfront bars. 15-20 min from SJD International Airport. Major grocery stores 5 minutes away. Cabo San Lucas nightlife and Monuments surf break 30 min. Whale watching from the balcony Dec-Apr.
