Fantastic stay; incredibly well-located

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was incredibly well located and central - which is a challenge to find in Vienna - and the apartment was very comfortable (beds too) and well equipped.

Perfect location with true character of Old Vienna

Location was ideal, in the prime Josefstadt district walkable to museums and palace. Both building and apartment had tremendous character of old Vienna that delighted us and we also appreciated the helpful kitchen set-up. Would gladly stay again!

Amazing location

The location absolutely could not be better and the price is incredibly fair. The one thing we would recommend is to provide fans to guests as the warm summer months can be quite hot and hard to bare even following the proper window instructions.

Great location and cute apartment!

This apartment was just a short walk from most tourist destinations we wanted to see and steps away from multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafes. Great location, and the apartment was cozy and had character! We found it comfortable and spacious, and it had all the amenities we needed for a week-long stay. We would book again!

Charming and comfortable

This location was truly ideal for us - a short walk to the busier parts of town, close to quieter restaurants and parks. The apartment had everything we needed, and plenty of space for 2. Our only dislike was the beds were sofa sleepers, and a little firm and uneven. Still would rent again.

Worked well for 5 of us

Besides the unique choice of decor, this property worked well for our 2 day stay in Vienna. Getting the keys was relatively easy, and finding the apartment was easy as well. The host was very welcoming and responded very fast to messages. We had 5 people stay and I personally think the place could’ve accommodated 6 since the top bunk was quite large. The host said we had access to all kitchen tools etc. the beds were comfortable enough with the couch being the least comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided for us. Overall worked just fine and was a great stay.

Great apartment

We stayed for four days to see the Christmas markets. The host met us at the apartment and explained everything to us. She left us a nice bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. The apartment was very quiet at night time as it doesn’t face the street, it faces onto a courtyard at the back of the building. Has two sofa beds which were surprisingly comfortable. Tram 2 stops right outside and the underground station round the corner was just being refurbished. Lovely Cafe Eiles just down the street for breakfast or a drink. The Long Hall bar was also nice for food and drinks with lovely staff. It is left turn out of the building to Cafe Eiles and then left again down the street for about 200m. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, Comfortable, Excellent Location

If you need a place to stay in Vienna, You will find everything you need in this fantastic apartment! Kathleen’s apartment is so spacious, beautifully decorated, and well situated with easy access to tram, bus, and metro. Getting to the city center only takes minutes. It is very clean, comfortable, quiet, and has everything you can think of - like a home away from home. There are two supermarkets right outside the apartment. We arrived an hour late. Kathleen waited patiently and welcomed us with a smile on her face despite the fact. She was so friendly and happily showed us around her apartment. She showed us travel information and how to use the stove, oven, and washer. There were welcome snacks and a bottle of wine for our family - what a nice touch! Our family of four had a nice time in Vienna. We had to catch a 22:50 night train to Berlin, and Kathleen was so kind to let us stay at her apartment until it’s close to the time to catch the train. We are so happy to stay in a great apartment especially so grateful to have such a wonderful landlord like Kathleen. The next time we visit Vienna, we will definitely stay here at Kathleen’s apartment. Many thanks, Kathleen. :)

Huiselijk appartement, schoon en goed voorziene keuken. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw; flexibel en goed bereikbaar.Appartement is op de 2e verdieping in een mooi oud gebouw. In directe nabijheid verschillende supermarkten (ook biologisch), restaurants, winkeltjes en konditorei. Op loopafstand van het centrum; tram en U-bahn om de hoek. We hebben het hier erg naar onze zin gehad. Absolute aanrader.

Für uns zwei war die Wohnung ganz prima. Sie ist nicht modern und cool, aber praktisch und comfortabel. Die Lage ist traumhaft zentral und darüber hinaus ruhig zum Hof gelegen. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
