Das Haus war ganz toll, so ein schönes hatten wir noch nie. Sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig, tolles Bad. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, die Küche ist ein Traum.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen VerbesserungsmöglichkeitenInsgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort, nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.Positiv fanden wir, dass eine Spülmaschine vorhanden war und auch Spültabs zur Verfügung standen.Ein paar Dinge könnten jedoch verbessert werden. Die Treppe war leider sehr laut, sodass man selbst beim leisen Heruntergehen Geräusche gemacht hat und davon teilweise wach wurde. Auch die Schubladen waren leider überhaupt nicht sauber.Persönlich haben mir im unteren Bereich Rollläden gefehlt.Schade war außerdem, dass das Licht auf der Terrasse über einen Bewegungsmelder gesteuert wurde und nach wenigen Minuten wieder ausging. Gerade bei schönem Wetter wäre es schön gewesen, abends länger draußen sitzen zu können.Insgesamt war es trotzdem ein schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt, mit einigen Punkten, die man noch verbessern könnte.

In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was einen gelungenen Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Hervorzuheben ist die großzügig ausgestattete Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt. Selbst ein Grill und ein Kamin sind zur Nutzung vorhanden. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder auswählen.

Die Unterkunft ist total super waren nicht zum ersten Mal dort und wird auch nicht das letzte Mal sein.. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das ein Schlafzimmer ein neues Bett hat welches total bequem und viel besser als das alte ist es wäre noch schön wenn in den Schlafzimmern Verducklungsvorhänge wären da es schon sehr störend ist so ganz ohne Vorhänge ansonsten ist alles super wir waren mal wieder sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder..

- Eine Super Küche voll ausgestattet- Wohnraum und Essbereich absolut gut- Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet und die Matratzen angenehm weich.- Die Badezimmer absolut Sauber - Das Haus von innen entsprach voll und ganz unserem Geschmack.- Schön gepflegter Außenbereich mit großer Einfahrt und StellflächeAlles in Allem ein Super Haus !!!Es sind viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Wir würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Ein schönes großes Haus. Durch die Minustemperaturen bei der Anreise war es im Haus doch recht frisch. Die Heizkörper alleine schaffen es nicht ausreichende Wärme zu erzeugen. Es muss auf alle Fälle der Schwedenofen im Wohn-/Essbereich angeheizt werden. Wir hatten das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen gebucht, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es auch im unteren Bad eine Möglichkeit gegeben hätte dort in der vorhandenen Badewanne auch duschen zu können. Ein Duschvorhang hätte hier schon ausgereicht. Da es im EG bis auf die Badezimmertür keine weiteren Türen gibt, zieht die warme Luft im Wohnzimmer schnell weg. Vielleicht könnte hier zumindest im Winter ein Vorhang helfen. Grundsätzlich gab es nicht in allen Zimmern richtige Vorhänge an den Fenstern, was bei Bodentiefen Fenstern im Winter dann doch das Gefühl vermittelt, hier bei Licht im Haus für alle draußen sichtbar zu sein.Aber im Großen und Ganzen hatte alles gepasst, die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber.

Hübsches Ferienhaus. Modern eingerichtet. Für Familienurlaub geeignet. Etwas geschmälert wird das Ganze durch die Lage an einer, durchaus gut befahrenen, Durchgangsstraße. Trotz dessen empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, an Ausstattung hat es für uns an nichts gemangelt. Für kalte Tage ist der Holzofen im Haus super, Irlbach ist ein schöner Ort und auch für Ausflüge in etwas weiter entferntere Städte (Regensburg, Passau) ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, da man schnell am Bahnhof in Straßkirchen, von dem aus man gut in genannte Städte kommt.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Woche zu Besuch.Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht wurde, so waren z.B. in der Küche ausreichend Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Backpapier, Alufolie und vieles mehr vorhanden, das macht den Start viel einfacher.Sehr positiv haben wir auch die Sauberkeit empfunden, alle Räume inklusive der Bäder und Toiletten waren tadellos.Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kaminofen, die Gastgeber haben Holz und Anzünder bereitgestellt. Es ist gut, dass es diesen Ofen gibt, denn in diesem Bereich sind die Heizkörper an Wintertagen nicht ganz ausreichend. Mit dem Ofen sind die Abende sehr gemütlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Winterurlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, danke für das Willkommensgeschenk. Der Kaminofen ist in der kalten Jahreszeit sehr gut, da die Heizung es nicht schafft die Räume richtig aufzuwärmen.Es wäre schön wenn es ein größeres Sofa gäbe wo die ganze Familie Platz hat und im Kinderschlafzimmer die Matratzen erneuert werden werden wwerden würden

Super schöne Unterkunft

Tolles Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv sind die große Küche, die schönen Schlafzimmer und tolle, saubere Bäder.Ein Manko: es war wirklich frisch. Da muss der Holzöfen den ganzen Tag laufen. Vielen, vielen Dank dass wir kommen durften.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wie haben als Familie wenige Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, die Küche ist riesig und überproportional gut ausgestattet. Einzige Anmerkung - im OG gibt es nicht in allen Zimmern einen Heizkörper - sodass es im Winter evtl etwas frischer sein könnte….
