Rosenhaus<br>The Rosenhaus (approx. 180 m²) is located on the edge of our farm grounds (Bioland / Demeter / organic farm) and is perfect for a family reunion or a holiday with friends.<br>The holiday home features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious living and dining area and a separate kitchen provide plenty of room for up to 10 people.<br><br>The house was completely renovated in the spring of 2021; oak parquet flooring and a mix of antique farmhouse furniture and solid wood furniture create a beautiful atmosphere.<br><br>The Rosenhaus offers the following on the upper floor:<br>- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)<br>- one bedroom with a single bed (1.00 x 2.00 m)<br>- a “children’s room” with a bunk bed and an old farmhouse bed<br>- a bathroom with a shower and bathtub<br><br>On the ground floor:<br>- a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)<br>- a bathroom with a shower<br>- a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher<br>- a large living-dining area with a wood-burning stove<br><br>For families, three Tripp Trapp high chairs and, if needed, a baby cot are available.<br><br>The garden offers plenty of space to enjoy nature. Various seating options, a fire pit, a sandpit, a swing, and a trampoline are available.
