It is beautiful, everything appears to be new. However, host should check the workings of items listed for use to insure they are working properly. 1)Gas grill which is hooked up to house propane had a leak in the connection so it couldn't be used. 2)Hot water quit on Sunday could not be restored so showers were not available along with dishwashing.3)Propane fire pits had no gas in canisters so couldn't be used 1st night. This was fixed next day when tanks were dropped off.
