This stylish duplex apartment is tastefully furnished and, at 110 m², is ideal for a stay with up to six people. It’s located in a converted attic and spans two floors.

Terracotta-colored tiles give the apartment a Mediterranean flair. The installed radiant floor heating provides cosy warmth—especially during the cooler seasons.

In the spacious living and dining area with a sofa nook and dining table, you can spend relaxing evenings together. There are a total of three TVs in the holiday rental.

Cooking up a storm is a real treat in the open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen! Fresh North Sea fish sizzles on the stove while the croquettes bake in the oven. The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup for you.

Three separate bedrooms are spread across both levels—one room is furnished with a double bed, and the other two rooms each have two single beds. On the second floor, there’s also a small desk with a comfortable office chair. This is a great spot to retreat to for a little work or to check your emails on your smartphone. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Two large bathrooms with natural light and walk-in showers, as well as a guest bathroom with a window, provide convenient layout options even when holidaying with several people.

The lovely south-facing balcony of the holiday rental offers a wonderful view over the rock garden all the way to the Wadden Sea. You’ll feel completely at home here with the whole family.

In our “Maisonette Apartments at the Steingarten,” you’ll enjoy a holiday on Wangerooge right next to the beach promenade. The fine-sand beach and the beautiful town centre are just a few minutes’ walk away. Located at the beginning of Charlottenstraße—in an absolutely quiet south-facing location—the holiday apartments are situated in the converted attic.
The “Oase” leisure pool, where you can book spa treatments, is also just a few metres away. On the way there, you’ll find the popular natural cosmetics store “Biomaris.”

The holiday apartments offer optimal floor plans, high-quality amenities, and balconies with beautiful views. To ensure cosy warmth—especially during the colder seasons—underfloor heating has been installed in the holiday homes.
