In our holiday rental at “Landhaus Leni,” you can enjoy your Borkum holiday to the fullest! Here, you’ll have the entire ground floor to yourself (see photos).

Step right in to our spacious entryway with a vestibule; followed by the hallway, which leads to the open-concept living-dining-kitchen: a wonderful place to have breakfast together, cook, and make plans for the next day of your holiday.
From the kitchen-dining area and the utility room, you have direct access to the very well-maintained, enclosed garden.

The living room of this Borkum holiday rental impresses with its size and tasteful furnishings. Here, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in the evenings or on cooler days. A hi-fi system with a radio and CD player, along with a modern flat-screen TV, ensure hours of relaxation.

On sunny days, the large, furnished south-facing terrace—accessible directly from the living room—is a real draw. Read a good book in a beach chair or enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with the whole family—a perfect holiday atmosphere is guaranteed here! Since the terrace is covered, you can still enjoy it even if it rains.

Or how about a soothing sauna session? The holiday rental on Borkum features its own sauna where you can relax to your heart’s content!

Even with a larger group, you’ll have plenty of space! Three separate bedrooms—each with either a double bed or a bunk bed—along with two bright, spacious bathrooms featuring both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate guest bathroom, offer you comfortable options for privacy.

For convenient self-catering, the modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The bedrooms have laminate flooring; some rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

Televisions in two of the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort. Two high chairs, children’s toys, and two cots are included as standard amenities.

You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.

A private parking space is available in front of the house. There is also a bicycle storage area.

Please understand that pets are allowed only upon request (1 large dog or 2 small dogs).
This is also a non-smoking property.

The holiday rental is located in a very beautiful setting—near the “Greune Stee” nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to reach the centre of Borkum, where you’ll find numerous shops, cosy cafes, and highly recommended restaurants. Shopping options and a bike rental shop are located right near the holiday rental.

Enjoy wonderful days at the beach! Borkum’s South Beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and the North Beach is about a 30-minute walk. Or you can rent a bike—then you’ll reach the sun, beach, and sea even faster!
