Die Sauberkeit muss bemängelt werden

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top und der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider fanden wir bei der Anreise im Bad und Schlafzimmer Haare unserer Vormieter (oder des Reinigungspersonals?) auf dem Boden und im Bett, eine Erfahrung, auf die ich gerne verzichten kann. Da mein Mann manchmal laut schnarcht, habe ich mich mit der Funktion der Schlafcouch vertraut gemacht, falls ich mal ausweichen muss. Was da zum Vorschein kam, war sehr unappetitlich. Die Matratze war mit allerlei Körperflüssigkeiten verschmutzt, echt ekelig. Ich habe das bei der Abreise gesagt und hoffe für die kommenden Gäste, dass da schnell gehandelt wird. Die Dame beim Check- In machte einen überforderten Eindruck, sodass uns der Schlüssel ohne ein paar Hinweisen oder Erklärungen übergeben wurde, das geht besser.
