This beautiful, light-filled holiday apartment on the 1st floor, with its large panoramic windows and direct view of the park’s green spaces, offers you a wonderful home away from home for your holiday on Wangerooge. Modern, high-quality furnishings, free Wi-Fi, and a sunny balcony ensure additional comfort.

The two separate bedrooms in this Wangerooge holiday rental are furnished with custom-made double beds featuring comfortable mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. Each bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV. A cot and high chair are standard amenities in this holiday rental (at no additional cost).

From the bright and spacious living area (equipped with a flat-screen TV, soundbar, and Blu-ray DVD player), you have direct access to the spacious balcony. Here, you’ll find a beautiful view of the rose garden, and when the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast in the sun!

The tastefully designed bathroom is equipped with high-quality fixtures—including a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack.

For relaxing evenings cooking during your Wangerooge holiday, the apartment features an exclusive, fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher and microwave.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee of €4.00 per load.

All structures and green spaces on the property are new, very well-maintained, and fully meet the high expectations of our guests, who value peace and quiet, refined comfort, and beautiful living. Each of the 12 apartments was individually designed and furnished with holiday comfort in mind.

A particular advantage is the short distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. You’ll enjoy the amenities, the quality of construction, and the understated elegance! The building has two floors plus a basement and a penthouse level. All floors are accessible by lift.
