At “Haus Colonia,” you’ll enjoy a quiet yet central location, just two minutes from the beach! Our charming holiday apartment features a spacious living area, a separate bedroom, and a private terrace, and can accommodate up to four people.



You’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment you step inside. Beautiful furniture and a colour scheme in subtle tones create a sense of calm and comfort throughout the space.



For relaxing evenings, the living area is equipped with a comfortable seating area (couch, armchair, and recliner with footstool) as well as a modern TV.



The well-equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your own meals (featuring a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher, among other amenities).



When the stars are out over Wangerooge, a cosy separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed awaits you. The pull-out couch in the living room offers additional sleeping space.



Enjoy the sun and fresh North Sea air on the apartment’s private terrace! A wonderful place to read a good book in peace, soak up the sun, and unwind to your heart’s content. In addition, “Haus Colonia” features a communal terrace where you can sit and socialise with the other holidaymakers. It’s the perfect spot for some relaxing downtime!



Additional comfort is provided by the spacious shower room with a charming tiled splashback, a wide mirror cabinet, a bidet, and a heated towel rack.

General Information: The floors in the living room and bedroom are covered with easy-to-maintain, allergy-friendly laminate. Bicycle storage is available. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. You’re welcome to bring your pet (please enquire; 5 €/night). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
