Holiday home for up to 6 people by the lake and ocean, fireplace, sauna, free Wi-Fi<br><br>3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, PlayStation 4, cot, high chair,<br><br>Our “Strandperle” holiday home is located on a garden lot of over 300 square metres within the “Strandslag” holiday park in Julianadorp, directly behind the dunes and about 200 metres from the beach. The solidly built, brick-clad house offers a living area of approximately 90 square metres. It features a living-dining room with two leather sofa sets, a fireplace, satellite TV, as well as Dutch cable channels (provided by Ziggo), a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, and a coffee maker. On the ground floor, there is a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom, featuring a modern shower, is adjacent to a separate toilet. There is also an infrared sauna in the bathroom.<br><br>Additionally, a high chair and a cot are available. The staircase to the upper floor is secured with a stair gate.<br><br>On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a TV and PlayStation 4, featuring a double bed, and another with a box-spring bed, as well as an additional bathroom.<br><br>The house offers a free internet connection (40 Mbit/s) and free Wi-Fi. The central heating and wood-burning stove—combined with the double-glazed windows—ensure a cosy stay even in fall and winter.<br><br>The house offers: patio furniture with a parasol (available from around April through October) and a large, spacious garden shed with a covered lounge area.<br><br>A parking space is located right next to the house.<br><br>The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>Our house is a smoke-free home.<br><br>Dogs: Flat rate of 50 € per dog for stays of up to 5 nights; 10 € per dog per night for stays of 6 nights or more.<br><br>Energy costs are billed based on usage.
