Great central Englewood location, walking/biking distance to many spots, 15 minute drive to downtown Denver. Loft is located in the rear part of the house features modern smart lightning, keyless entry and more. Convertible couch with 42' tv and fold out table in living room. Queen size bed in loft area. Shared back yard with plenty of seating spots. Wifi and all utilities included in price!
