Great villa but...

Very nice villa, pool, interior and kitchen: all great! But there is construction site across the street. They hammer, nail and drill from 7:30 tru 17:30, monday to saturday..we received a compensation...but unfortunately it was just too loud and so we couldnt enjoy the stay despite the nice villa...but thank you anyway.

Hello Jens, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the very nice villa and pool. We regret that the construction work was loud for you. Around Palma, in the southwest and southeast, there is construction in many places. A detached house is being built on the street opposite. The construction site can be heard in the entrance area (street side) of the Casa Mayor. At the pool and terrace area at the back of the property, the noises are barely perceptible. The construction will be finished in Autumn/Winter 2023. We are very sorry that you did not find the rest you were looking for. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services for the future, and hope to welcome you back again soon. Katrin & The Bookiply Team.

Impression online matched reality

Pros: very peaceful location , great privacy and very well maintained house , outside area and pool! we also liked our regular visitor, a cat called “James” that kept us company on occasion when sitting outside. Staff of the management company were super attentive and responsive and also available for any questions during our stay. Quality of the overall furniture, fixings and sundries were very high. Cons: Alarm cctv cameras inside of the house felt a little bit invasive (not negative feedback, just a personal feeling) . rubbish collection was a little bit confusing - great printout of collection schedule is available however it would help to have some more details (ie what kind of bag needs to be used for what if colour coded)

Fantastic villa - better than photos - in a quiet area. Ideal.

Pros: The outside area and pool was perfect with a choice of sun or shade all day. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The whole property - inside and out - was immaculate on arrival. We had a car but were able to walk to the waterfront in the evenings and although Sa Rapita is a quiet residential area there were sufficient restaurants for us to sample during our week long stay. Cons: My wife could have been more comfortable with more pillows for the bed but I am sure they would have provided then should we have asked. We were only using one of the two bedrooms so used the spares from the 2nd room. There were spares of everything so I don't want this to come across badly as we did not ask for more.

Hier stimmt einfach alles.
