Good location. Second floor was very convenient to get to and from the beach. Elevator was slow, so being on the second floor was great to have to take the stairs! Unit was nice, loved the swivel gliders!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious. Location great. The neighbors were rowdy but that is to be expected. Only improvement I would recommend is to have starter trash bags and laundry soap. We forgot those and it would have been nice to have on hand until we could get to the store. Other than that we lived it, thank you! We hope to return.

This is a great property if you are looking for a 3 bed 3 bath condo. The unit is on the 2nd floor but still has a great view of the beach. Kim was a great host who responds quickly with any answers to your questions and help. Beach was nice and clean. Condo is in a great location to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Would recommend this property and will hopefully be booking again in the future.

Fantastic condo with great location. Easily fit our group of 10 comfortably. Kim was great communicating and working with us to get everything worked out. You cannot beat the location. Beautiful view of the beach and literally on the beach. Rented a chair set up and it was ready each day. I would definitely rent here again. Our only complaint would be that the room listed with two queen beds actually has full beds. But it was still comfortable and manageable for our family with kids.

I've rented countless beachfront condos in this area for almost 20 years, and this one may just be my favorite. The condo itself is beautifully, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, full floor to ceiling panoramic windows, an amazing master bathroom, comfortable/quality seating inside and on the deck. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, which is rare. The condo was clean and everything in working order, no issues there or with access codes throughout the property. The 2nd floor location was really convenient - easily take the elevator or stairs to lobby and beach. The view was idyllic, including palm trees and beach. The pool was very nice with an attractive waterfall feature, well-maintained pool deck with high quality seating, etc. and the hot tub was actually hot. Bathroom conveniently located at the pool - easy to access from beach. Code access to/from the property and beach was nice to prevent non-guests from taking advantage. Beach chair rental available, and 2 parking passes if needed. Kim is a very responsive host and made everything easy for us. I'll definitely rent this property the next time I come to Destin!
