Perfect villa

All was perfect , the villa are incredible. No comment.

Der Gast hat die Villa in einem sehr schlechten, dreckigem und teilweise kaputten Zustand verlassen. Die Hausregeln wurden nicht einghalten. Der Gast ist bis jetzt nicht für den kompletten Schaden aufgekommen, die hinterlegte Kaution von 500,00 € reicht nicht für die enstandenen Schäden aus. Der Gast lehnt jeden Kontakt mit uns ab. The guest left the villa in a very bad, dirty and partly broken condition. The house rules were not respected. The guest has not yet paid for the complete damage, the deposit of 500,00 € is not enough for all damages. The guest refuses any contact with us. El cliente dejó la villa en muy mal estado, sucia y parcialmente rota. No se respetaron las normas de la casa. El cliente aún no ha pagado la totalidad de los daños, el depósito de 500,00 € no es suficiente para todos daños. El cliente rechaza cualquier contacto con nosotros.
