Nicht zu empfehlen!!

Die Schlafzimmer liegen hintereinander, d.h. das erste SZ ist ein Durchgangszimmer ohne Fenster, nur mit Oberlicht. Das wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Beide sind mit Holzbetten ausgestattet, die fürchterlich knarzen. Die Matratzen sind dünn, Matratzenschoner fehlen. Das Sofabett ist durchgesessen, eine Metallstrebe verhindert erholsamen Schlaf. Die Bäder sind OK, aber die Lüftung rennt 24 h. Ein Syphon war völlig verstopft. Die Küche ist OK ausgestattet, Skikeller eine Rumpelkammer.

Der beheizte Skiraum ist ausreichend für das Lagern und Trocknen von Skiausrüstung, dies wurde kontrolliert. Wir schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr und möchten uns für die Unklarheit hinsichtlich des Durchgangs-Schlafzimmers entschuldigen. Die Ausschreibung wurde inzwischen angepasst. Auch stellen wir fest, dass unser Kundenserviceteam mit Ihnen bezüglich der Unzufriedenheitspunkte in Kontakt stand, damit rasch Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden können. Die Unterkunft wurde kontrolliert und, sobald etwas defekt war, das Problem behoben. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie wiederholt als Gast begrüßen dürfen.
