Luxury vacation apartment (55 m²) with a south-facing balcony and a wall-mounted bioethanol fireplace

When furnishing our cosy two-room holiday apartment, we placed great emphasis on comfort and high-quality amenities. The result is a cosy retreat that also features a small south-facing balcony with a great view, a gas grill, and a seating area. In the living area, a bioethanol wall-mounted fireplace provides extra cosiness during the cold season. The beautiful real wood parquet flooring and the bright workspace with a desk and Wi-Fi round out the room. The new kitchen was expertly planned by a kitchen designer, custom-built, and installed to leave nothing to be desired. The custom-built built-in cabinets in the bedroom and entryway provide plenty of storage space and keep everything organised. A cosy bedroom with an excellent box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) provides the perfect foundation for a good night’s sleep. The new bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, rain shower, and large mirror, has been designed in a timeless sandstone look. Both of the latest Samsung TVs (in the bedroom and living area) naturally support streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.). A parking space in the building’s underground garage rounds out the amenities. Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets: not allowed. Wohlfühl-Fewo …

… in der man auch einen Langzeiturlaub verbringen könnte. Viel Geschirr vorhanden, eine Menge Küchen-utensilien, zahlreiche elektr. Geräte und Reinigungs-mittel. Alles neuwertig, absolut sauber. Viel Stauraum. Gemeldeter Mangel (Wasserhahn) wurde am nächsten Tag beseitigt. Sonnenüberfluteter Balkon (die Titanic lässt grüßen!). Check-in und –out sowie Kommunikation reibungslos. Kleine Einschränkung: Menschen, die viel Platz in der Dusche brauchen / haben wollen, müssen sich einschränken (Dachschräge).

Tolles Zimmer, etwas wenig Infrastruktur im Ort!

Super Zimmer für zu Zeit! Sauber mit Parkplatz und zentral gelegen. Der Ort ist allerdings auch auf Grund von Corona etwas ausgestorben, toller Bad, was zu unserer Zeit extrem leer war! Guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen und Ziel im Fichtelgebirge.
